To Our Families
COVID-19: We remain deeply committed to the health and well-being of our community, our guests and our associates.
In response to this developing public health concern, we have taken certain precautionary measures to help mitigate the spread of the virus by:
- Conducting enhanced cleaning procedures, while increasing the frequency of sanitizing, in line with recommendations from the CDC.
- Offering phone and email arrangements to meet the needs of families and guests.
- We are committed to responsibly responding to
the needs of the communities we are privileged to serve.
Please take care of
yourselves and each other, and contact us directly for more
During this COVID-19 outbreak it has been advised, to all funeral home facilities, that strict adherence to the mandated gathering restrictions is of the utmost importance. Currently starting as of 8:00PM on March 22, 2020 the restriction issued by Governor Cuomo's office is as follows: The use of the funeral home facilities is for only the very immediate family members of the deceased to gather for a private visitation or private ceremony. Cemeteries, Crematories and local places of worship have advised our funeral home of their individual restrictions. These restrictions will be adjusted as directed by the CDC and State and Local Authorities. Please call us so we can discuss, in detail, the best and SAFEST service options for your family.
We are saddened by this current time of mass public illness and disease transmission. As responsible funeral directors we wish to do our part in keeping those that have suffered a loss, and those wishing to pay their respects, as safe as possible. It's the responsible thing to do.
Please be safe and follow the advice of our Medical and Elected officials.
Respectfully and Prayerfully,
Joseph Velotti & Family
