In Loving Memory of Craig Steven Belesi Our beloved husband, father, future father-in-law, brother, uncle, great-uncle, and friend, Craig Steven Belesi, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2026, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee. Craig was born in Brooklyn, New York, to Joseph and Antonina Belesi. He lived a life defined by love, courage, faith, and unwavering perseverance. For more than 25 years, Craig faced Parkinson's disease with extraordinary strength and grace. He never complained about the challenges he endured. Instead, he chose to encourage and support others living with the disease, inspiring everyone around him through his resilience, kindness, and quiet determination. He showed us that while life may present difficult circumstances, we can meet them with dignity, hope, and compassion. To his family and all who knew him, he was a true hero. Craig shared a remarkable love story with his wife, Susan. They fell in love while in college and were blessed with 44 years of marriage. Together, they faced every joy and every challenge side by side, a testament to their unwavering devotion and enduring love. He was a proud and devoted father to Craig Jr. and Rachel, who were the greatest joys of his life. His addition of his children’s loves, Michael and Samantha gave him joy and contentment. As a family, they faced Parkinson's disease together with love, compassion, humor, and strength. Though the disease touched their lives, it never defined them. Instead, they chose to live with grace, support one another, and extend that same compassion to others facing similar struggles. Craig was blessed with a large and loving family. He is survived by his sisters, JoAnn and Diane; his brother James and sister-in-law Camille; and his sisters-in-law Donna, Lauren, and Lori, wives of his late brothers Joseph, Frankie, and John. He was a cherished uncle, great-uncle, and great-great-uncle to 38 nieces and nephews and their children. He is also survived by his extended Klotsche family: his sister-in-law Lori Klotsche, widow of his late brother-in-law John Klotsche; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Bob and Rose Klotsche; and his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Keith and Patti Klotsche. He was a loving uncle and great-uncle to their children and grandchildren, and a treasured friend to all who knew him. Craig leaves behind a legacy of courage, selflessness, laughter, and unconditional love. While our hearts are filled with sorrow at his passing, we find comfort in knowing he is finally at peace, embraced by God's loving arms and surrounded by His angels. Though he is no longer by our side, he is never far from our hearts. His love lives on in the memories we cherish, the strength he taught us, and the kindness we share with others. And when a butterfly gently crosses your path, may it remind you that Craig's spirit is near, offering a quiet reminder that love never truly leaves us.
