The Tucholski and Velotti families are just like you. We are a families with values, beliefs, traditions and a personal commitment to our community. We are a proud family, much like yours. We understand the special care that families need during their time of loss, and beyond. We understand about families, because we are one. We know how important respect and dignity are to a family. That's why we care on a personal level, not because it's our business, but because it is our way of life.

Being family owned and operated since 1941, we take personal pride in providing you with more personalized services, conducted in comfortable surroundings, without high-pressure sales. We offer services from Traditional Funerals to a Simple Cremation and serve areas including within and near Roslyn Heights, Port Washington, Manhasset, and Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We are easily accessible from any part of Long Island & Queens.

Our warm, comfortable and newly renovated facilities and funeral chapels are conveniently located 5 blocks north of the LIE exit 37 (Willis Ave) and about one half mile from exit 28 Willis Avenue of the Northern State Parkway.

Joseph M. Velotti

Licensed Funeral Director

Joseph attended SUNY at Farmingdale, New York, graduating in 1984 with an Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science, and has been a Licensed Funeral Director for over 34 years.  Dedicated to serving families of all faiths, Joseph is committed to giving superior service and guiding them thru one of the worst times of their life. Joseph enjoys being very community oriented and civic minded. Joseph is a member of the New York State Funeral Directors Association, Roslyn Chamber of Commerce, Roslyn Rotary, Williston Park Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis, John Michael Marino Lodge #1389 Sons & Daughters of Italy and an Exempt Member of Roslyn Fire Dept. In his off time Joseph enjoys spending quality time with his wife Lisa and his sons Joseph & Salvatore.
